Is the whole board magnetic and can it stick to the fridge?

The board is not actually magnetic. The surface of the board will attract magnets as it has a metal backing. So it cannot stick to your fridge.


Can the boards be mounted landscape or portrait?

Usually yes, but for some glass boards the orientation has to be specified.


Are the pen trays fixed?

No, these come separately in the box.


Do we offer the magnetic labels in colour?

We can offer different coloured labels. Please contact us for more information.


I require a VAT invoice.

Your order confirmation email is also your VAT invoice. It contains all the necessary information, including our VAT number and a breakdown.


Do you accept AMEX?

Yes, we do.


Do you do next day delivery?

Most of our core products are available for next day delivery. You can find all our next-day products by clicking this link.


How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

We aim to deliver the next working day if you order before 1pm, unless stated otherwise. Occasionally, some products may be out of stock, in which case we will contact you regarding availability. Some items may have longer lead times, which will be specified on the product page.


Can you deliver to any floor of a building?

Couriers are not insured to deliver above the ground floor.


Can you use normal fridge magnets on the glass boards?

No, super-strong magnets are required for glass boards.


Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest.


I set up an account with you but I have forgotten my username/password. What can I do?
